Rev. Dr. Emanoil Babus
Orthodoxy and Occident. The Orthodox Catholic Church of France
The Orthodox Catholic Church of France represents a small group of believers, which was formed after the first World War in the context of the meeting between Evangelic Chatolic Church, an unroman community and the numerous Russian immigrants who have arrived in Occident after 1917. The believers of this Church have been under the canonical submission of the Romanian Patriarchate between 1972-1993, the only Orthodox Latin country.
